In order to become a highly skilled migrant you need to:

  • Have skills and experience that are relatively scarce in the Netherlands;

  • Have a higher educational level (Bachelor minimum);

  • Have a specialization (for example in IT, engineering or science);

  • Meet the minimum monthly income requirements for highly skilled migrants.
